-resolved- Any way to disable sound when in background?

Is there any way to make it so that Path of Exile doesn't play any sound when it's not the focused window? So if I tab out to a different screen, I won't hear anything from the PoE client.

Edit: Holy cow I can't believe I didn't see the option in Sound section...
