disconnect in the same spot in trials

hi i get the same disconnect after the first boss fight in cruel of the ascendancy trial.
i just cant complete it

Are you playing through steam or the standalone version?

Also, are you playing on full-screen mode? You can try doing the run on windowed mode to see if it makes a difference.
