cannot access normal act 1 lioneye but cruel act2 can go into Lioneye

when i go to Lioneye in act1 normal canont " PathOfExile.exe has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. who can tell me for fix it. But i go to act1 Lioney in Cruel i can into it.

It could be a corrupted file somewhere. If you go over to the tech help forums, there are things to try from the stickies, such as re downloading the ggpk file etc.
