I have used this setup in previous build (pre-updated). The thing that annoyed with warlords mark was it's unmatching range, with ice spear u tend to hit mobs with second form, while leech is given in ice spear's first form's range. While this worked, it somehow was causing deaths by not able to leech while receiving damage from time to time.

It can certainly work, but it wont be as convenient.
