Latency issues that started recently

Recently I have begun to experience serious latency issues.

I used to have 40-50 ms on frankfurt realm , now its always above 250ms. This started aout a week ago.

When I'm at log in screen is shows realms have usual ms (my usal realm frankfurt at 40-50ms), but ingame , even just standing in ho or town , its always 250+ms.

Here is WinMTR result: http://pastebin.com/7Ptjs8Du

Talk to my ISP they said there is no issue, did speedtest and no issues aswell.

Was this trace capturing at a time you were experiencing an issue in the game?

Have you also tried power-cycling your router/modem/network hardware?
Ty for quick reply Drakier.

Yes i have tried reseting everything.

Yes this result is right after I exit game cause was getting high latency.

Just incase will do another WinMTR test while playing game.

Here it is : http://pastebin.com/iUqCNQMP
So, there's nothing really showing up in your trace.

That is both good and bad. Good that it's not showing any detectable signs of problems, but bad because you still have a problem, and it still MIGHT be network (just not showing up in the trace).

Just to rule it out, does it happen on other gateways as well (including US) or is the issue seeming to be localized to Frankfurt? Also, are you seeing a high general latency or is is spiking?

Can you perhaps capture a screenshot of the game with the F1 latency graph open so we can see what sorts of latency is showing up (as well as FPS and frame time)?

Also, does it feel a lot different if you change the network mode to Lockstep or Predictive (opposite of whatever it is set to now)?
Again thnx for reply.

Yes it happens on all gateways (frankfurt is still lowest thats why i use it).

Yes its stable bad , no spikes.

Will try to get screen shot now.

havent tried switching modes , I assumed it just switched automaticly when ms is high to predictive.
Here are screenshots , one in town , one in ho:

Tried switching to predicktive mode (it was auto - lockstep despite 300+ms)

Running was without delay (in lockstep there was slight delay at start) but otherwise other then the small delay exactly the same.

Additional screenshot of what it shows on log in screen:

show usuall latencies but in game all of then get additional 250+ms added to them.

When posting images, can you either put them in an IMG tag, or a URL tag so they are clickable?

In the case if your images, those would be URL tags most likely.

Many people (myself included) use mobile browsers to read and assist in the forums, and when things are just text, that means we have to copy/paste them in order to open them. Copy/paste on mobile is not usually super easy and this barrier might prevent someone from assisting you where otherwise they might have.

So please, if you could, go back and edit your post and put URL tags (the URL button) on each of the links you want clickable.
Updated then.

Sry took so long , was night here.
if you press 'tab' ingame, does it show "frankfurt" in the upper right corner's description?

i got a friend i play with who also ran into problems on the frankfurt server, he's online over deutsche telekom, his mtr to the game server is absolutely fine but ingame he get's lagspikes that even prevent him picking up wisdom scrolls occasionally. switching to amsterdam doesn't help as well as switching to lockstep.

i have no idea what causes these issues, maybe drosselcom does deep packet inspection and identifies his data stream as unwanted peer to peer traffic? i don't know.

hopefully he get's a new computer soon so we can exclude that too.
