LVL 40+ INT gear - weps, armor, jewelrey

Hey all,

I reinstalled this week and the last time I played was during Closed Beta. Started fresh, and needing reasonably priced mid level INT gear. I don't know how picky people are now about orbs and in what denominations. I have 1 (ONE) Chaos Orb, but total currency value at around 20 chaos orbs equivalent.

Looking for INT gear usable in the character lvls 40-65 range.
I currently have no slots that DON'T need replacing.

Priorities are, but not limited to:
5L or 4L+1/2 INT Chest - Not picky on stats for now
One handed weapons - 3L nice but not necessary
wands: bonus +spell damage
1h mace: high Elemental damage + some mixture of spell damage, cast speed, crit
other 1h - crit, etc...
Jewelry w/ multiple resists

Keep in mind that I'm on a budget and need to find someone willing to accept non chaos orb (if i'm out) currency.
