What a best 3 masters for witch-newbie?
one i know its vorici need 2 more

You will want Haku to fix resistance problems with Armour

Also I would suggest to train most of the masters to lvl4 before picking "permanent" hideout masters, since that lvl opens a lot of crafting options

Edit:didn't see the witch part in op, for spellcasters you'll want catarina

I already have in Hideout(yeah now i know if i drop them i lose their exp)Elreon,Vagan,Vorici.
Now farm exp for vorici and almost lvl 5.
