Bugs? or glitches

Good morning! Is it normal that upon relogging into first quest you can get multiple skill gems as a reward? and Other question about ranger skill, called frost blade. That it's in wrong skill gem category, should be blue, but is categorized as green? Thank you for your answers.

You get a skill gem every time you do the twilight strand in case you crash or something before picking it up. They don't want you to not have the skill gem when starting the game. You can't exploit this because it's a common gem that having many of cannot profit you.

Why do you think Frost Blades should be Blue? Dexterity gems are always green. Cold gems are usually green too.
