Hey guys I'm trying to theory craft a build right now.

Chest Piece: Carcass Jack Ring: Romira's Banquet Cold Snap Link (5L)

My question would be... why Cold Snap? It's main advantage is freeze and with all your damage being fire you won't be able to do that.
