Everyone is in slow motion including in town and outside areas.. I'm moving at -75% speed as well as everyone else on my screen.

There has been quite a few disconnects and slow downs tonight going by my experience and the global chat on the EU server. I'd guess its related.

Yes it feels very stutter step then attacks and mobs sped up and killed me a few times. I might try another server.
