DC, DC again, more DC, DC on changing area, freeze, and another DC

What the hell is going on today? Brazil server, but Texas is no better. Half the time when I try to connect I get thrown to the character selection screen, but just see the background and cannot do anything -> have to kill and restart the game. Then when I am in the game, I get stuttering and freezes for 10 seconds and more. Also random DCs (an unexpected disconnection occured) or DC on area change (failed to join any instances).

for the stuttering: you have massive packet loss on your route to ggg servers (the one you put XXX and which says 7% of your packets were lost over this hop. for the random disconnects: ggg's provider fucked up again. the game letting you login and getting stuck on loading the instance is normal, although i wish there would be a timeout of around 20 seconds where it throws you to the login screen again. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

Seriously.... I've had 6 disconnects during the time this WinMTR was running. Lost a very nicely rolled T10 Bazaar map (corrupted for the fragments).
