Currency drop rates and level?

From levels ~20-50 I've found maybe 5 currency orbs. From levels 1-10 I found close to double that. I understand that currency drop rates are based on a random number generator but there is no way I've been generating consistently bad numbers for the past THIRTY levels. I've never out-leveled an area, in fact I've consistently been 2-3 levels lower than the monsters, and I've always played with 20-50% increased item rarity bonuses.
Some quick searching reveals that this isn't a unique phenomena. Other players report that it is much easier to find currency drops in the first 10 or 20 levels than it is at higher levels, and that it is probably easier to just create other, lower-level carriers for the express purpose of gathering currency orbs. Is the currency drop rate bugged? Why does it seem that currency drops plummet after level 20? |

I kind of agree..

" As far as Currency the Item rarity stat has no effect on it. Only item quantity on currency items. But I had about a 20 level terrible drop rate for good currency items. But at level 49 it has just picked up again as I have found 2 Chaos orbs in just this level. I have found 4 chaos orbs total. It is all RNG. If something has a 1-1000 drop rate, it is not going to need a sample size of millions to regulate to it's numbers. RNG is tough. Your chance is always 1-1000 no matter which kill you are on. |

I can confirm that currency have more drop rate on low levels for some reason. Based on my experience with 4 50+ lvl heroes.

" Unless you have seen the coding you cannot. Your sample size is no where near large enough. The game has not been out long enough in it's current form to allow you to accrue that much information. You don't know the drop rate to even confirm it. No way you can level up 4 heroes to 50 and think you have all the information. If you had the data from every outcome from every user, than I would believe you could tell me within 3 or 4% what the drop rates are. |

Can all orbs drop at any level? Are there any level requirements on them?

I noticed this with my character also but heck knows random means random.
