How long does it take to get an email back?

I've messaged support@grindinggear.com due to my account getting locked, and it was pretty fast replys. I was about to get my account unlocked, but I stopped getting replys, I haven't gotten replys in TWO days. The replys before this where pretty instant (probably like 1-2 hours). Do they not have work on Sundays and Monday or something? If anyone can let me know how long it takes for them to get back too me it'd be great. Thanks!

They've been really backed up lately. Replies have been taking a day or two or longer to come in. Just be patient. :)

You probably would have had a reply within a few hours and passed onto the account investigations team...at that point you need to wait until they get to your ticket which can take anything from a few days or weeks depending on how busy they are, and they are busy ATM
