Lab Boots enchantment - Elemental status ailment & Resolute Technique

Lab enchant on boots can have the following: 10% chance to Freeze, Shock and Ignite if you haven't Crit Recently How does it works with Resolute Technique? I dont have the enchantment on boots and cant test it myself yet. It would be quite a powerfull combination as we get the chance on every hit as we never critical using the Resolute Technique keystone. With RT u will always have it active(anytime anywhere). No cool down.

They'll always be triggering, but Freeze/Shock duration is still based on Cold/Lightning damage dealt, as per usual. Permafreezing alone is plenty tricky.

Can you freeze shock or ignite even if you have no elemental damage with this boot echant? I use Brutality support and i'm wondering if it's going to work or not.
