Emberwake doesn't work with RF???

I was disappointed that the 80% reduced burning damage does not reduce the damage taken from RF... Is this intended or a bug?

I was intending to use it for its spell boosting properties but negate the burning.

It's not a bug, the self damage can't be modified in any way. If it could it would make RF unusable for anything except the spell damage buff, since damage increases would also apply.

For what it's worth, Emberwake applies to the AoE damage of RF... :D
