[BETA] Exilemarket.com, a new trading platform

Hello,

About a week ago we released an early alpha-version of our site http://www.exilemarket.com on reddit. We've now taken further steps with implementation of more core-functionality, and feel that it's ready to be called a beta.

The main-concept behind the project was to develop a site with a unique look and extended functionality compared to existing trading-tools.

Why choose exilemarket?

Selective searching:

We don't clutter your screen with search alternatives you don't use. Why show Armour, ES or Evasion when you're looking for a weapon? To see the selective search in action, simply pick a type in the dropdown-list.

Saved searches:

You're able to save up to five searches at one time. Very useful if you didn't find what you we're looking for, but still interested in the item!

Auto-update of saved searches:

All of your saved searches can be automatically updated without interrupting your search for other items. If a new item is added that matches your search criteria, you will receive a notification.

Fully responsive design:

Come on, it's 2016 and every modern website should be responsive in one way or another. Exilemarket is fully responsive, and all of the functionality we offer can be used on your phone. Pretty neat if you don't have a second screen set up and still want to receive notifications when you're gaming!

Type-ahead:

When you search for an item, the input-boxes will automatically find matches as you type, creating a more fluid userexperience and makes searching for specific items faster than ever. This is very useful when you don't know the exact name of an item, or want to do a quick search for some unique item you just found.

Since alpha we made a lot of progress, and I'll list a few of the changes included in the beta-release. Keep in mind that this list is only a fragment of the changes we've added.
(You can see a full change-log listed by date in the top-right corner of the site if you're interested in specifics)

- Completely reworked theme. The site is now darker, for better comfort when using multiple screens.

- Completely reworked search-form with extended core-functionality. For instance you may now filter for properties, select several types, or search for online players only.

- More mobile-friendly than before; now displays the items in a vertical manner to fit all mods properly.

It's important to note that it's still in development, and will be as long as we feel there is additional functionality that can be added. This means that any feedback you might have will be incredibly useful at this stage. We've already gotten a lot of great input on reddit for our alpha-release, and will keep working on implementing the ideas that we've seen.

General information:

We're using trackpete's index with the new trade-API to search for items. He's doing a great job updating his index contineously with the release of more trade improvements from GGG, and we plan to keep his index as our source of data.

How to use Exilemarket.com:

It works the way you would imagine, you simply fill in the search criteria that you want, press the search button and items will appear. You're free to sort them any way you want, whether it be by price, DPS or armour.

As mentioned above, you have the availability to save your searches. To do this, simply make a search for an item that you're interested in, click on the 'Saved searches'-menu, and give your search a name.

If you want to monitor the search, press the refreshwheel and it will give you a notification as soon as an item is found that matches the search-parameters. You may store up to five searches at a time, which are locally stored in your browser. This means that the searches you save will still be there the next time you visit the page in the same browser.

The site in use on a phone:

These are some sample screenshots which displays the use on a phone, with the availability to save it as a shortcut to your home screen.

Very nice! I often use poe.trade to quickly check item values, but it looks like searching for a known or generic items is much easier here. Probably still want the more complex parameter based search on poe.trade every now and then, but might switch to exilemarket for the "day to day" :)

Thanks!
Feedback. With the new enchantments coming out i would like to see an implementation of item requests. such as "i want rat's nest with X enchantment". and after you enchant your items you can check online if someone need what you got and msg him ingame, similar to selling 6S5L when trying to 6L items. u could make a profit.
How about an "exlude all mods but: " option
Message me in game @SleepyHarvester
Awesome! No-ads! UI is very slick. Once GGG releases the player online API, we'll really start the innovation. Btw, is your project open source?

Heyo, thumbs up for the project, really nice tool. Is it still being developed? The changelog on the website says the last change was in march.
