Ascendancy points not given after Izaro

I have completed Normal Labyrinth and currently have two points in my skill tree. I just completed Cruel Labyrinth, but wasn't given the Ascendancy skill points. I just ran another Normal Labyrinth just to make sure I didn't confuse the difficulties but still nothing.

Is there something I need to do after I beat Izaro other than clicking the Altar in the emperor's room for the points?

Usually, the points are immediately available in the tree after you clicked the altar. Have all 6 points gained and worked every time. I would sugguest, try it again. If it won't work do /bug, do a screenshot and post it in the bug-report section under feedback.
