Open your offensive tab, after hitting "c". Scroll over until you see the effect.
Where there's one they're bound to divide it right in two.

I have the same enchantment. I've never seen any visual indication that it does anything.

it looks like a small barely visible blue flame surge cone. and it has 5 sec cooldown, just use any non flashy attack and kill single mob somewhere in the corner.
