Skill gem bug or unknown

Hi I'm a new Templar started the other day already level 33. Anyway I got enough experience to level my molten and leap slam but I wasn't level 32 yet so I dismissed them but now I'm a high enough level myself to level them and I can't for the life of me figure out how to now

They will naturally level up when you put them in your gear.If your talking about manually putting them up a level they will sometimes be under your pack grid instead of to the right of the screen.

Thanks, it worked they were under my pack grid. I was just confused because today they were not but I just checked and its fine now.
