Zealot's oath and life regen

Simple question, how much life regen is considered good for a low life es ZO build? At what point ZO is better than energy shield recharge rate?

It will never regen as fast as the recharge rate. But it will regen even if taking damage, unlike the recharge. As far as how much you need, there is no answer. It depends on many things. What your max ES is. What kind of mitigation you have. Lots of factors.

Still depends. Can you stay out of damage long enough for the recharge to work? How much regen and max es would you have for ZO? If you have 10,000 ES, getting 5% life regen would give you 500 ES a second regen. See, it all depends. If you are in an area where it's hard to avoid damage for any length of tiem like in a boss fight, recharge won't help you. Places like the black core and the lightning totem in Olmec's Sanctum don't give you enough time to sit there and recharge without taking damage.

No, zealoth oath ALWAYS wins over recharge, because

1) in many occasions you will be somewhat constantly hit and ES will no recharge in these situations

2) faaaaaar most importantly, ES regen is like being constantly under badass quality life potions

Try to get an ES regen per second of around 1.500 and you will begin a heart relaxing gameplay experience

- ZO doesn't remove the ES's ability to recharge itself so you'll have both regen+recharge.
- when your ES is higher than your life, ZO is worth it(mind the chaos dmg tho).

Where are you getting 15% (given an ES of 10000 which is very high)life regen from the tree?Even if you took every life regen node on the entire tree its not 15%.
