Been gone a while, opinions on build idea?

I was thinking about running a shadow with one or two high global crit daggers and running with CoC linked to blade vortex and linked to another CoC. There would be other links, but these are the main things. Am I going to be likely to blink every .5 seconds due to the blade vortex critting almost nonstop, or will this not work?

The only thing I can think of really slowing it down is flicker strikes own 2 second cooldown. I was wondering if CoC bypassed the cooldown or not? I've not gotten to try one yet, it wasn't out when I last played.
