Map portals dissappeared when hideout got upgraded

My ticket number is 1607691659.
This happened while I was doing a map, and had completed a Elron quest and he got bumped to 7th lvl.
Picked items and tped to hideout to sell stuff and also upgraded the hideout at Elron.
The game said transferring to Enlightened hideout, and I apparently got transferred to my new bigger hideout which didn't contain those portals to the map I was doing just a minute ago.

You made a new hideout instance. Portals don't change instances. Best to wait next time until you are done with the old instance before making a new one.

There is no bug. That's how all instances work.
