Survival Secrets Cobalt Jewel

Greetings!
So... I have this lvl 27 witch... and I got the Survival Secrets Cobalt Jewel, which gives 3 mana/sec + 10% elemental damage. The instructions are, "Place into an allocated jewel socket on the passive skill tree." I have Fire & Frost walker, Occultist's dominion, Practical application, etc. plus several smaller passives. I can drag the jewel anywhere (that I have lit (enabled) already) but it won't drop into any socket, lit or not. How do I insert the jewel into the passive skill tree??? Ideas appreciated, correct answers even more so! |

Look for the near-square shaped blue passives that don't do anything. Those are the Jewel Sockets. The one at the end of the chain.
