How long does it take to show up in the event ladder?

Finished Malachai normal in the arctic boss kill race but can't find me anywhere on the ladder (on my 2nd try, my 1st died in docks).

Hey there! Can you please confirm if you deleted the characters or not? Unfortunately if you delete them during or just after the race is completed, it may not have had a chance to award the points to that character on your account. Please ensure that points have been awarded to your account for a race before deleting it.

my character who made it through normal is still in void league in my account. its at at my top left corner on the HP even. I can still see my gear etc.

I have exactly the same problem. I have played the arctic boss race and got past Dominus. In act 4 mines area I might have died (not very sure, because I quit the game, when I was low, and after I logged back in, I was in a void league). The character name is "RaceTheDark".
From my calculations I should have received 45 points, but I received nothing. Haven't deleted character at all (it's still there in void league). The rules say that I should get rewards even if I die, so... I don't know what's the problem. On another note, I had some other race before (some ice patches on ground to move faster), where I had nearly the same problem (I don't care about the points there enough to post here). I played and died at some point (left the game before dying as well, I guess). Didn't delete character, but it was pushed to hardcore league instead of the race one. Didn't get any points for that character even though, I reached enough level to earn points and rules said that I get points even if I die. |
