deleted portals of opened map and crash

from time to time game kicks me out to the logging screen.I log in then but it kinda freezes in character choosing screen,so i restart the game but portals are gone,always.changing serwers doesnt affect that crash probably but im not 100% sure.Recently i play on Amsterdam.

Whats the reason of this crash?
