Whether it's a co-worker, friend, family member or simply some stranger that behind the scenes makes your day a little brighter let him or her know it. This morning I called the company that makes my Swiss rolls by dialing their 1800 feedback # and said, "thank you for creating such a simple product that tastes delicious."
