Mods and Addons

Will be nice if u start working or at least thinking about PoE modding community.
If u give to players modding tool to make some cosmetic UI mods it will give u tons of ideas (alrdy working and usable) wich u can allow/disallow to optionally use in game by players.
Some examples: custom spellbars/icons/health or mana bars/info panels on the screen; additional statistics of character(dps,crits etc)/gameplay/items count, etc.

Pros:
-players will do almost all job by themselfs;
-even if mod won't pass ur judgement it can give u some ideas wich u can use later in new patches;
-more flexible UI will increase game popularity;
-modding community will increase game popularity;
-unlimited solutions and features created by unlimited imagination of community;
-fast implementation (we don't need to wait 10 years untill u make trading work between instances, we make addon, all u need to do is allow/disallow it)


Cons:
-u will need to technically make this work;
-u will need more crew/resourses.

I just want to mod the drop functions :P. That will never happen, though.

Cosmetic UI changes, well, don't really care about those. Loot filter was what I needed, and I already got that one. OK, granted, it would be nice if I could disable all MTX on all other players in the party, and reduce particle effects by a lot, but that will just not happen.

I mean UI, not those wings crap. Health bars for example are super small and ugly now, and they won't change em for years im sure (because they have more important things to do, so they can leave UI to us).

But if UI modding is allowed somebody will definitely bring the girls back. And this is what ggg will never allow. So there'll be no UI modding. Ever.
