twitch not working

says i'm streaming for the status but on twitch it says i am offline...

Hey there! Could you please try clearing your cookies and closing and reopening your internet browser? Power cycling your modem may also be a good idea.
Could you also please try resetting your stream key? Unfortunately this kind of issue is usually due to an error on Twitch's side, so I would recommend you get in touch with Twitch support. Need some help? Contact us at support@grindinggear.com

Reset the key and modem, cleared history and cookies. it works for 10 seconds then it shows the loading icon.
i will just used OBS since i can up the settings and make it look smoother. obs does work for me but i wanted to find out if the ingame twitch could be fixed on my end but i guess i am not the problem. 64gigs of ram nvid 980gtx ti intelcore i7-5930k@3.5ghz | |

i will run twitch for a bit so people can see what i am talking about. after 20 seconds or so of working, it will bring up a loading screen.
