Crafting an axe...

So, I have this thing (itemlevel 83)



The added phys is t1(flaring)
The other mods are: hybrid phys/accuracy and accuracy.

So it still has space for %phys and %attack speed. If I managed to get high rolls of those, this would be an amazing axe with tons of accuracy (goodbye resolute technique)

How would you guys go about crafting this axe? Getting 70% from the bench makes this an average DPS weapon and that's not exactly what I'm looking for.

Any help would be appreciated.
