Change to Local Added Elemental Damage on Weapons

The added elemental damage local to weapons has been changed since 2.1 dropped. Does anyone know when that happened and, more importantly, if there is any reliable reference for what the new ranges are?

Another option would be, for example, poeaffix.net, but there are some outdated brackets with ES rolls, so I cannot guarantee there is no more incorrect data. |
