POE wont run :(

Hey guys. I get 3 errors when trying to run POE.....

1: Exception: Error opening file :Art/Models/Effects/poison_arrow.smd

2: Exception: "Metadata/Effects/Spells/poison_arrow.ao":Error opening file:Art/Models/Effects /poison_arrow/poison_arrow.smd

3: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! program d:\POE\PathOfExile.exe
This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more infomation.

I have tried running Packcheck.exe and still not working.
