Recommend an uber/atziri farm build

Hey, I could use some recommendations for an atziri/uber farming build that will satisfy the following:

- Somewhat affordable
- Not incredibly difficult to gear
- Preferably spellcaster
- Can run <95 lvl

anybody?

This build can go from cheap startup to pricy but even then its not bad

Could farm regular atziri on a shitty 5link staff costing maybe 1c roll +2 fire gems regal that into w/e and then add cast speed or any other crap with master crafting.

Then when you can afford to either craft a 6link staff into a +1 socketed gems+2fire gem staff(youtube can show you how to get this easy) get a lvl 3/4 empower and go to town vs reg and uber atziri
