Do minions get the charges from the Conduit keystone ?

and the answer is NO, minions dont have any benefit from Conduit keystone

They could be gaining charges that aren't visible, but I was told otherwise.

It's a shame I wasn't in-game or I might have told you what I had been told (don't remember by which of the devs). As I recall, minions have 0 maximum charges, and don't gain any sort of benefit from the caster's gear/passives that is not directly granted by the skill and it's supports, except, of course, for passives that specifically say they apply benefits to minions.

Also, I recall an example of +% fire damage passives not doing anything for minions, whether they use fire damage on their attacks or not. Now, whether that applies to the Instability passive or not, I'm really not sure. It probably depends on whether it's an ability used by the minions themselves...

I applaud you for taking a chance on it, though. It's a decent passive anyway, if you can generate charges.

I didnt know that passive fire dont affect minion's damages, i would have build my witch in a whole different way !!

But i heard from devs that explode will be affected by fire passive

I heard that they will be as well.. but they are not at current just so people don't get the wrong idea when reading your post.
