Question about affix-wiki site poeaffix.net. Mistakes in affix names?

Hello m8s, I'm a new player so I might be wrong here. Would like to hear your explanations and thoughts.
I noticed some contradictions (IMO) when I was learning about prefixes on this site.
Amulets -> Prefixes -> #% Increased Energy Shield, then we open ES Increase and we can see there "Local Energy Shield +%". Shouldn't there be Global ES%? Cos as fare as i'm concerned Amulet's can't have Local ES because they don't have ES on white items. Same Goes with Armour% on Amulets.
