Constant DC when creating new Instances

Hi, I'm experiencing constant DCs when creating the initial instance on maps such as Docks,Ebony Baracks and Aqueducts. I get stuck in the loading screen for up to a minute before getting kicked back to the log in screen. Entering the instance works just fine after logging back in.
Don't know whats causing this Help would be appreciated. |

Double check your exclusions for PoE in your antivirus/firewall/security software including the built-in Windows firewall.
You might even need to remove and re-add the exclusion. | |

Is it possible that a shortage of RAM could be the issue of this problem, seeing that it only happens when loading big and demanding zones?
