Is this a SC viable two-handed axe Cyclone build?

Hi
I have pretty much always followed anothers builds but this time i wanted to do one of my own. I started with a lightning Strike spammer, but i quickly grew bored when i got to maps, and now that i got this:
i wanted to try another skill and settled on Cyclone supported by Added fire Dmg, WED, Melee phys dmg, Faster atks and Fortify.

My auras are Hatred and Herald of ash.

My defences are not as good as they could be, all resses are capped but my phys.red is only at 46%.
Now my question is: is this viable up to say tier 10?
If not then what tier would it start to get too hard?

Hi Rasthal! Let me give you some input as i've been playing 2H cyclone for a pretty sizeable amount of time.

First off, let me give you some input on your passive tree.
I see that you went unwaivering stance, but that's pretty much not needed because you're immune to stuns while you're cycloning, and also that you haven't taken Iron Reflexes. If you have some evasion gear (which I can't see) then it is completely voided because you have unwaivering. Take that out! I also see that you took splitting strikes, which is a great node for 2H RT cycloners! If you use warlords mark blasphemy (which you should) it's a huge damage buff survival buff. I also can't tell what your HP is like because of your gear. However, if you feel you're lacking I'd suggest traveling to the scion health wheel and taking Berserking (big damage buff) and the jewel socket along the way.

From my previous experiences (I've respeced 3 characters, 2 duelists and a marauder for 2h RT cyclone) it is evident that endurance charges are king when it comes to survival. I run 6, and use blasphemy + warlord's mark. Personally I find it alot better to drop herald of ash in favor of blasphemy because it gives you so much survivability. It's an easy way to keep your survival up with no real effort, or hit to damage. Invest into endurance charges!

Besides those points, I will say that I don't think that Kingmaker is an axe that can make it to tier 10s, but you would probably want to upgrade your axe sooner or later to a better one like Disfavour, or a good 2h rare axe. Kaom's primacy is also a really good axe that can take you far if you use it right. This isn't to say that Kingmaker is a bad axe though, if you feel comfortable with it then keep using it! But, I'd suggest recoloring it in favor of better gems in terms of damage. In my opinion, you don't really need survival gems (such as fortify) if you're just killing everything and your endurance charges and leech from warlords mark is healing you. I'd suggest the combo of increased AOE and concentrated effect. Those go hand in hand really well together and give you a massive damage boost.

If you'd like a tree to go off of, here's my level 90 marauder that's currently my 2H RT Cycloner. I reach 120k dps and can do pretty much every map mod. Although it is a marauder it can easily be adapted for your duelist.

With Enlighten lvl 4 (expencive) u can run hatred+ash+blash or u can get end charges with leap slam but its not boss option for parties. Soloing is easy, in party u can be beast if someone is running grace+determination or u can switch hatred for grace if some1 is running hatred. If u cant afford Atziri axe, Hezmana axe is best option because its cheap and gives u 7 links (u have bm with it).
