Question Regarding Meginord's Girdle (Regarding HP Increase)

I currently use the belt shown below and was wondering what difference in HP I would expect if I were to acquire Meginord's Girdle. Specifically how the mechanics of the 10% increased health works.

that belt gives 136hp so to get more than 136 hp from a 10% increase you would need 1360 hp before health % passives.

To work out this number it's:

50+level*6+gear not including belt+15 hp from perfect meginord's+any health on passive+strength/2

you would need a pretty high amount of +hp gear to beat the hp on that belt. I still lose around 100 hp when I equip the meginord that randomly dropped last night and my belt is not as good as yours
