Eyes of the Greatwolf Talisman's effect is only half of what shown in the description

Hello,

I have obtained an Eyes of the Greatwolf Talisman with (already doubled) implicit 12% additional physical damage reduction and 30% increased attributed. However after I equipped it, you can see in the character stats that my physical damage reduction has increased by only 6% and my attributes has increased by 15%. I hope that I didn't miss something here
