Stone Altar spawn rate

I use EVERY stone altar I see, nonetheless I have a stash tab full of T1 and another tab half full of T2. I'm getting about 1 every 10 maps. I even tried to "farm" stone altar on the climb just to change my T1's to T2's... I ended up with more and more T1 talismans -.-

Altars seem to spawn very often south-east of the library entry in the imperial garden.
For years i searched for deep truths. A thousand revelations. At the very edge...the ability to think itself dissolves away.Thinking in human language is the problem. Any separation from 'the whole truth' is incomplete.My incomplete concepts may add to your 'whole truth', accept it or think about it
