The root of the problem completed. Passage not open.

Can you take a screenshot at the roots where you're supposed to enter the next area? Are the roots gone? Can you click the door?

I don't know why the next waypoint shows available to you. You have to roll the giant ball out of the way to get there, which you haven't done if you never entered the area.

I had this once or twice, go inside and touch the ball again (till your screen turns dark / darkness).
I think it's a sever/client bug. The root should be open, otherwise new instance and it should let you in.
