Zone load error message in Windows 7 SP1 64-bit

Left clicking on the zone loading image while waiting produces this:
 If I don't do anything PoE usually goes on and I'm fine but once in awhile it gets stuck and I have to exit and start over. Doesn't matter what zone is being loaded. Yes, the obvious is to never click on the zone loading screen but a bug is a bug is a bug. "You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..."

looks like the loading of the level assets isn't a threaded operation but blocks the main program's execution.

This is usually due to not upgrading graphic drivers, or when a driver has a bug (if you just installed a driver update)
Right klick, run as administrator and make sure firewall (or win defender) accepts poe to the net. No Problem,
