Question regarding new Raider Ascendency Class and 'PHASING'

So, in the new Raider video, they show the Avatar of Phasing keystone. I'm trying to confirm all the possible ways you can 'phase' in PoE currently. So far, I've got Quartz Flask, Phase Run, and the new Raider Keystone. Any other item/node/gem I'm missing?

In the video they mention a new unique weapon that grants a chance to phase on hit. I imagine that paves the way for others too, but I believe Quartz and Phase Run are the only two ways ingame atm.
