New skill tree?

Anyone know when we will get to see the new skill tree to plan builds? Hope this is the right place to ask.

Getting to play with the tree in advance wasn't the case before but lately we do tend to get it at a few days before the release due to popular demand, so it's likely to be the case now too. For 2.0 we knew a few months in advance but that was because of the beta.
