It's not the best Mjolner build ever or anything; rather, the original goal was to come up with a Mjolner build that didn't use any items over 10c (aside from Daresso's) and could clear mid-tier maps without Discharge. Yes, this means no Voll's Devotion. I started doing 76+'s in the low 70's just for the challenge; the build handled very well through them.

I leveled with Flame Totem and Firestorm; I used Rise of the Phoenix until I could sustain RF with Saffell's instead.
