Latency spikes making the game unplayable

Hello !
Since the start of the Darkshrine I have very annoying latency spikes. On avarage my latency is jumping from about 70ms to 150-500ms every 3-4 seconds. I've been changing servers between Frankfurt and Amsterdam multiple times with no effect. I play other games, and no such thing is occuring in them. Hey there! I've had a look at your WinMTRs (thank you for providing those!). In this instance, it appears your are experiencing the issues with your local provider (Telia). Please review this post: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1435036
Unfortunately, we are presently waiting to hear from the infrastructure heads from your area on whether the current line problems have been resolved.
