2hourSolo reward point problem

Hi, i have a question... In last Event (2hourSolo) i reached The Den and Fetid pool full clear and some quest for 12 points reward, but i dont reiceve it... Only for level and class position... Where is the problem?

Full clear and quest rewards are awarded to the FIRST person to complete them in a given event.

Were you the first person to complete these? If yes, then there is an issue and you might want to contact support. If not, then you received all the points you are eligible for from the given race.
