Latency Issues

G'day, Since patch 2.0.5b I have noticed some nasty lag, but it's odd lag. When I first logged in it seemed like I had actually joined a US server(I live in Aus), the ping was stable but at 300ms and only fluctuating by maybe 20-50ms. So I checked via the login screen and via ctrl+clicking and instance, I was definitely in an Australian server. The part that stumps me the most is the fact that I Live in Australia and am getting 300ms on an Australian server while on the Cali Server I get 200ms.
Can anyone tell me what is going on? If I can't resolve this or it isn't resolved I won't be playing PoE until it can be fixed :( | |

Can you run the test in this thread so we can see what potential issues might be? https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1377789 There are a couple of other threads that show there might be some load issues with some of the hops that AU ISPs are using, so it'd be interesting to see if your problem is similar. == Officially Retired 27/02/2019 ==
