Failed to connect to the instance

I also experience high ping 200+ (Singapore gateway) for the past 5 day. Normally, its is 40-60.

Update to let you guys know that I can temporary fix this by using another gateway (using California gateway with 185ms-200ms delay time), rarely get Failed to connect to instance.
I still got the error sometime, but relog a couple of time can fix it.
