Plummeting Ursa spawning in inaccessible terrain

I played a Zana-Daily-Mission on a Temple-Map which had (among others) Plummeting Ursas as mobs.

can confirm, happened to me in riverways,
they fell on the small rocks in river when i leaped across. |
