Warbands and masters

With Warbands not coming back in their current format, I think they'd work well as Tora/Vorici missions instead. They give you a random warband to hunt down and kill, as opposed to a mob of magic monsters or an exile. The higher level the master or area, the more chance of a warband general spawning etc.

Vorici could give missions with warbands and Tora with invasion bosses.
In general it would be nice to see more variety in master missions, it gets pretty boring always dueling vagan, bringing spirits for haku and deadones to catarina. Or even better, if missions would look more like missions with some reflected storyline, progress, achievments.
